Through a process of counselling, yoga Nidra, pranayama and meditative practices, your personal mentor will help you find this inner balance.
Personal Mentoring sessions create a holistic healing experience that affects the physical body and brings balance to your emotional and spiritual wellness. Your personal mentor will take you through a process of healing using profound insights, powerful practices and ancient techniques of divine energy transfer.
