Every dish is crafted to harness the healing power of fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients and byremoving processed foods, additives, and preservatives, Kamalaya’s Cuisine offers a potent elixir of natural goodness.

Kamlaya’s menus are thoughtfully designed to cater to diverse dietary preferences whether you’re craving a vibrant salad bursting with seasonal produce or a nourishing grain bowl brimming with wholesome goodness, Kamalaya’s culinary offerings are as diverse as they are delicious. Food is served in its most natural state utilising high-quality, fresh and organic ingredients. Gentle cooking methods such as baking, steaming, grilling, sautéing and stir-frying preserve the nutritional integrity of our dishes, which are enriched with abundant fresh herbs and spices for both flavour and health benefits.

Sweetness is derived primarily from stevia, with occasional use of palm sugar and unrefined brown sugar in limited quantities for certain desserts. Salts and healthy fats are used sparingly. Sea salt, Himalayan salt and gomasio, alongside cold-pressed oils like extra virgin olive oil, virgin coconut oil and various nut and seed oils are preferred – avoiding all unhealthy trans-fats and saturated fats. While Kamlaya’s Cuisine predominantly features plant-based options, there’s a selection of high-quality, sustainable animal products such as eggs, fish, seafood and poultry. Dairy choices are complemented by lots of alternativesoptions and a focus on goat products.
