Lexi, an experienced certified TRE® – Tension & Trauma Release Expert and Nervous System Regulation Coach, hails from vibrant Melbourne, Australia. After experiencing her own burnout in the corporate world, she embarked on a transformative journey from which she has emerged deeply committed to helping others achieve better balance, increased vitality, improved mental health and embodied peace. With a diverse skill set and certifications in several modalities, Lexi is equipped to guide individuals to understand and work with their bodies to restore wellbeing, spark personal growth and integrate the destructive effects of traumatic or stressful events.

ABOUT TRE® – TENSION & TRAUMA RELEASE EXERCISES

An innovative, evidence-based practice which helps you shake off stress and anxiety while promoting longevity, health, better relational capacity and a deep sense of inner calm. You will learn seven simple, gentle stretches that activate your body’s natural reset mechanism, to release tension from the mind, posture and muscles. Suitable for anyone seeking self-care, TRE® is a lifelong tool that anyone can practise for personal and relational health anywhere. Once learned effectively, you can use it independently whenever needed.
