The wellbeing assessments can evaluate skin DNA, antioxidant and vitamin levels, food intolerances, mineral balance and toxicity, microbiome, and gut health. Genetic tests for sleep, nutritional and fitness traits are also offered in addition to genetic testing for predisposition to diseases, epigenetic and biological age testing.

SKIN DNA TEST
The saliva skin DNA test provides insight into the sequence of the different nucleotides which are called SNPs and can explain differences in your appearance, ageing and fitness. With the help of advanced DNA technology, we will measure the key drivers behind your ageing and provide a score in five areas: firmness and elasticity, skin sensitivity, wrinkling (glycation), free radical damage, sun damage and pigmentation. MULTIDIMENSIONAL WOMEN'S HEALTH TEST
This multidimensional urine test analyses 35 different hormones: oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S and cortisol along with their metabolites. GENETIC TEST FOR PREDISPOSITION TO DISEASE
A molecular genetic test is used to detect genetic mutations associated with diseases that may appear throughout life. This predictive test identifies mutations that increase or decrease the probability of developing a disease in which genetics play a role to a greater or lesser extent. It serves to calculate the risks of suffering certain diseases and also plays an important role in the metabolisation of different drugs. In addition to knowing the ancestry of a person. ANTI-OXIDANT & VITAMIN LEVELS TEST

Assessments must be purchased at least 2-4-9 weeks prior to your stay at Kamalaya. Please check the timeline required to develop the test of your choice well in advance, allowing the results to be readily available on your arrival.
Once your test has been purchased, you will receive a confirmation email advising when to expect your testing kit from PAAR at your chosen location. Your test will arrive with detailed instructions on how to provide your samples (samples may include hair, saliva, finger prick blood, stool, or urine) and how to send them back.
Prior to arrival, your Kamalaya wellness expert will receive your results from PAAR and propose a recommended wellness program based on your test findings, so that you enjoy a unique wellness retreat tailor-made just for you. These assessments are in addition to your wellness program of choice.
