1. Visa Application

Submit the required visa application documents to the Royal Thai Embassy, OR the Royal Thai Consulate

2. Insurance

Purchase medical insurance, or prepare a letter from your employer guaranteeing the insurance company, or employer will cover a minimum of 100,000 USD of medical costs incurred in Thailand, including medical costs in the event that you contract COVID-19. The insurance must cover your total duration of stay in Thailand.
Who Does This? We can suggest personal insurance companies for your consideration and you apply and purchase the insurance policy.

3. Certificate of Entry

Apply for a Certificate of Entry (COE) via the COE website.
Who Does This? Send us your contact details, visa information (if applicable), and copies of your passport and medical insurance and we can help you with the application process.

4. Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) Hotel

Book Your Stay in an Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) Hotel in Bangkok.
Who Does This? Send us the 6-digit pre-approval code you receive approximately three days after applying for your COE and we will help you find and book your preferred ASQ hotel subject to availability.

5. Flight Ticket

Purchase a round-trip airline ticket to Thailand
Who Does This? You purchase round-trip flights to Thailand. We can provide general advice on which airlines are operating and recommend travel insurers.

6. Confirm Trip

Confirm your trip in the COE website.
Who Does This? You login to the COE website using your 6 digit pre-approval code. Go to the ”Confirm Trip” menu and enter details of your flight and ASQ hotel booking confirmation. This must be done within 15 days of your arrival date and at least 3 working days before the date of departure. We can help guide you through this process.

7. Medical Certificate

Obtain a COVID-free medical certificate with RT-PCR laboratory results issued no more than 72 hours before your departure.
Who Does This? You arrange and attend the appointment

8. Fit to Fly

Get a Fit to Fly health certificate issued no more than 72 hours before your departure. Thailand’s Health Control will collect the original document from you upon arrival so you must bring it with you to Thailand.
Who Does This? You arrange and attend the appointment.

9. Download App

Download the ”Thailand Plus” mobile phone application and register your details. This will generate a QR code that the Thai authorities will scan when you arrive in Thailand.
Who Does This? We can send you a link to download the application. You are responsible for downloading the app and registering your details to generate the required QR code.
