ABOUT TRUDY TOZER

Trudy’s journey into art began unexpectedly during recovery from a serious illness, when she set personal goals that included learning to paint to improve motor skills with hand/eye co ordination. Under the guidance of Queensland artist Bill McKay, she developed her skills over a decade then moved into Art Therapy to assist others. She has been part of the Visiting Practitioners Team with us at Kamalaya for over 12 years with designed programs focusing on wellbeing.

She now shares the healing power of creativity through workshops created for beginners, focusing on relaxation and self-expression rather than technique. Her sessions, including Abstract Colour Therapy and Mandala Art, are meditative and accessible – ideal even for those with no artistic background, as it is actually preferable.
