Children's Policy
Baby cot for child under 2 years is free of charge (upon availability). Children less than 12 years old stay free of charge on the Sofa bed when staying in villa only sharing with their parents. Maximum 1 child sharing room with their parents is permitted. Children under 12 years sharing room with parents are entitled to 50% discount on all meal rates.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are to be guaranteed by major credit cards, with full prepayment, or by a travel agency with credit facilities approved by Kamalaya Koh Samui prior to making booking.

• Cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking cost is refunded.
• Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival or no show - no refund.
• Cancellation charges apply to both program and accommodation bookings.
